Juice Filling Machine.

RTS Juice Plant is comprised of a PET bottle infeed conveyor, standardization, pulp & sugar syrup tanks, a filling section, and capping assembly. It is required for preparing and packing juice in bottles of different volumetric capacities. This plant assures uniformity in taste, consistency, & texture of the liquid once required parameters are set in the control panel. Beverages prepared by this juice plant are ready to serve without mixing any sugar, water or milk.

Automatic RTS Juice Plant is a complete system which takes raw ingredients inside the hopper or blending system, processes them, and gives product in the form of sealed bottles. All contacting parts of this plant are made from food grade steel alloy assuring its contaminant free nature, high corrosion resistance, and long lasting operational life. It works on completely automatic system and is also comprised of a sensor which rejects bottles that are partially filled or empty.
